Housing Authority in York, NE
York Housing Authority is an organization that provides safe, affordable, decent housing to income-eligible families throughout the York, York County, Waco, McCool Junction, and Benedict, NE areas. At our housing authority’s apartment complex, we offer 1- and 2-bedroom units to individuals and families who qualify for public housing. We also offer single bedroom units for those with disabilities and the elderly who qualify under Section 8 New Construction.

Our mission is to provide safe, affordable housing to income-eligible families.
We’re federally-funded through HUD and remain in compliance with HUD standards.
All of the units we rent are independent living facilities. We do not provide assisted living.
Our five-story housing authority offers free on-site laundry, activities room and easy access to downtown.
Our affordable housing has video surveillance for security and requires key access after 10pm.
